I read a book titled "Fukigen na shokuba" (sullen workplace). I will write a summary of what I learned from the book. I think I should keep these rules because I know I often get sullen. ;-)Don't say things that will discourage them from making statements and proposals.Take their statements and proposals seriously.Make a system with which everybody can help each other. e.g. write manuals of your work procedures when you have time to spare.Do informal activities that are really attractive and exciting.Approve and appreciate them.
